Product Warranty Information
Your Mia Moda product is warranted to be free of any manufacturer defect for the period of one year from the date of purchase under normal use and in compliance with the operating instructions. This warranty will be honored to the original purchaser when supported with proof of purchase.

Please read the user guide carefully before using your product as Mia Moda will not be responsible for the following items
- Damage or malfunctions caused by but not limited to normal wear and tear
- Repairs or modifications made at an unauthorized 3rd party
- Failure to follow the instruction manual and improper operation or extreme use.
- Any airline or auto damage
- Damage caused by the usage of unapproved aftermarket accessories (riding boards, etc.)
- Normal wheel wear
Mia Moda at its discretion will repair or replace all products that fulfill warranty requirements.
In the event your Mia Moda product requires repair— please contact us at 1-866-MIA-MODA (642-6632). Our Consumer Services department will provide the proper steps to ensure the fastest remedy to your problem. Please do not send back your product without prior authorization. This will cause a delay or possible loss of your product.
As our goal is to assist you in the most efficient manner please have the following documentation available prior to calling our consumer services deptartment:
- Proof of Purchase (Retail store recipt, credit card recipt or statement)
- Location Purchase (Retail outlet)
- Model Number (located on the underside of stroller)
- Description of Problem
